An interesting classic method that confirms the versatility of Aglianico variety that thanks to its acidity results versatile and appropriate in every field of production, even in the most difficult tests like this. Tenuous tone, dense and persistent perlage, nose assembles scents of bread crumb and crust typical of the winemaking technique with black currant, peach and plum, arising from the vine variety and completed with the sweet spices. The palate is vibrant, structured and allow to perceive a slight alcohol warmth note. Well-balanced in favor of yellow fruit aromas and notes of pastry.
